The Pronoiars are a cohort in the Legio XVIII Dassaretica. It is normally based in Achrida, Dassaretum Province in the Empire of Makhaira. Its current strategos is Cemil Androic.
The consist only of medium cavalry, using the lance as their primary weapon, though they are also armed with bow and sword. They wear heavy scale armor and teardrop shields.
Though originally composed of riders from either the Qafric Wastes or Transtochalia, most of their members are now from the Berzeti Clan.
