Old Lezhan is the language spoken by the tribes who settled in what would become Lezhum Province, Empire of Makhaira.

A few loanwords have entered into Imperial. Also, some place names do remain, such as the Bardheküülle. Aside from these few exceptions, by the 2100s IR, it is spoken by only a few scholars focused on the region's history.
