Athmose Runihara is a moiramancer who is in charge of the Archives of Achrida, Dassaretum Province, Empire of Makhaira.
As part of his position, he assists the quaesitors of the city.
He is originally from the Kingdom of Matara, a member of the Serenser Umunna.
As a child, he was kidnapped and his parents were killed by Qafrianni raiders. He was adopted by Filippa Amjad, the tourmarch who rescued him and grew up in her next station, Markovi Kuli. He repaid that debt by using his skills and determination to serve the Empire, rising to the position of magistros in Basilopolis.
However, he was diagnosed with Paget's Disease in 2103 IR, and stepped down from that position to return to Dassaretum Province in 2104 IR.
