Pavel Iosevich was a pomestnik in the service of Adrian Konstantinov, kniaz of Rurikov Oblast, Matriarchate of Periaslavl.
For his efforts to improve the training of all pomestniki, he was awarded the title of boyar by Great Mothers Katenka Fedorovna.
He became legendary not simply for the skills with a sword, but with mug and song as well. In his later years, he added chef to his titles.
